Other Truckers Ltd

Other Truckers came into existence in Horicon, WI in 1974. In the beginning the membership was LUCKY 13. The instigator was Pete Hartzeim. He was also the first Wisconsin Van Council Chairperson in 1976. Eventually, as interest grew and changed, the club moved to Beaver Dam and the name was changed to Other Truckers, LTD., Beaver Dam & Wisconsin. Most of our members have been vanning 20+ years.

Officers & Members

Charles Stickles (Goat), President

Goat says, "The events are family oriented. I like meeting new people and spending quality time with old friends (some older than others!) and family. I can "get away from it all." My first Truckin-In was Bar City in 1978. there were 400 vans present."

Shannon & Maureen McGilvra
Treasurer, Secretary

Shannon says, "I enjoy the camaraderie. I get into traveling to Truck-Ins, showing my Chevy and partying by the band." It's a great way to form life long friendships to party hardy and not worry about drinking and driving

Henry & Crista Pynakker

Henry says, "I've been busy meeting vanners since the early 80's. Truck-Ins are casual and relaxing after a hard work week. I like to go to as many as possible each year."
Crista says, "I've been vanning since the early 80's and met a lot of people. It's fun visiting with them. The parties are great too! Sometimes we get into the games."

Chuck Winans

Chuck says, "I've been vanning intermittently since my first Truck-In at Legend Valley Campgrounds in Ohio, 1975. There are always good times to be had."
